Welcome to Dancing the Elements, a 5-week creative movement journey designed to help you work with and embody the essence of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. Through guided movement, music, and mindful practice, you’ll rediscover your body’s innate wisdom and the interconnectedness of all life. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or someone stepping into this space for the first time, you’ll feel the energy of each element come alive in you.
