New atelier:

Empowerment through embodiment

with Jelena Devi

When looking at the state of the world, many of us feel a sense of despair and grief. We may even feel hopeless at times, unsure if and when things will get better. Hope is an active practice, a refusal to give in and a promise to show up for change. Our bodies know the way to move through hopelessness, for returning to feeling empowered. In this workshop guided by Jelena Devi - dancer, yoga teacher and empowerment facilitator - we will tap into the wisdom of our bodies to move through hopelessness. We will face our grief as a doorway into empowerment through embodiment.

No dance experience necessary, everyone is welcome!

"Jelena is an embodied goddess and a force of nature! She is 100% authentic and really lives what she teaches. She is an amazing teacher and a powerful space holder, allowing everyone to be and express exactly what they need in each moment. She has a big heart, a strong presence and a shining soul."

- Channa

"Jelena spreads magic - the way she holds space, the way she moves, the way she authentically embodies it all. In a way your soul recognizes the magic in yourself and pushes you to activate it all within yourself. It is my wish that her wisdom and teachings can be spread throughout the world, because it is so needed."

- Isabel

"Jelena is incredibly humble, kind, loving, authentic and powerful - with a deep connection to her own sensuality. Bonus - she loves to share her gifts with the world and truly cares that each of us participants are seen, listened to and empowered. She is a true inspiration - an awakened goddess!"

- Christa

"My expectations were exceeded. My intention was to become more mindful again, to relax and get a break from busy life. But the experience in the end was very deep and powerful. I was so touched how we women can support each other. The retreat was the best I have joined so far.”

- Katja

FAQs

  • What do I need to participate?
To make the most of this workshop, I recommend the following:
    >Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move,
    >Prepare a device with which you can play the video
    >Pear headphones or have a speaker,
    >Have a bottle of water nearby,
    >Prepare your journal and a pen, and find a space in which you will not be disturbed.
  • Do I need any dance or movement experience to participate?
No prior dance experience is necessary. This workshop is open to all, regardless of your movement background. The focus is on connecting with your body and moving intuitively.
  • Will I learn how to dance?
This workshop isn’t about learning specific dance techniques or styles, but rather about using movement as a way to connect with the elements and your inner self. You’ll be guided through creative and intuitive movement practices that allow you to explore your body’s natural expression, regardless of your previous dance experience. It’s less about perfecting dance moves and more about letting your body flow freely and authentically in response to each element.

  • I am a dancer - will this be too basic for me?
While Empowerment Through Embodiment isn’t focused on dance techniques, it offers a space for creative movement and self-exploration. As a dancer, you can deepen your connection to your body by engaging with themes of empowerment and intuitive expression, moving beyond technique into more personal and reflective forms of movement.
